Drive performance, positive change and service excellence as a role model and team leader in pensions administration. Are you a talented leader in pensions administration, passionate about innovative change, continuous improvement and excellence in customer‑centric outcomes? Drawing on your proven technical aptitude for pensions admin, you will play a central role in shaping our client's vision for the future, ensuring processes and people are continually able (and supported) to deliver outstanding results.

Building strong relationships with employers, members and internal stakeholders, you will be instrumental in ensuring high standards of quality and output across the team while addressing performance concerns in an agile way. You will play a key role in managing complaints and escalations, maintaining accurate logs and utilising your emotional intelligence in any conflict resolution scenario. You will also keep abreast of the changing landscape of pension legislation and scheme rules, checking complex cases and payments.

As well as these responsibilities, you will represent Pensions Administration Services on project groups and contribute to organisational initiatives, thereby adding to your visibility across the organisation and beyond.
