Are you a talented graduate with basic knowledge of pension schemes (DB and DC) as well as experience of working in customer focused environments? Then this is a fantastic opportunity to join a major UK pensions provider in a client delivery role where you will support sponsoring employers, Employer Committees and DB Connect trustees.

Communicating directly with pension scheme employers, responding to day‑to‑day queries, you will also assist with project management activities across the Client Relations and Trustee Services teams. In addition, you will assist with planning and delivering employer webinars and events as well as helping to produce high‑quality employer announcements, booklets, presentations, and other materials.

With confident communication skills and a customer‑focused approach, the successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
