Are you a talented senior risk manager with extensive experience gained from an occupational pension scheme and institutional investment environment? Then this is an exceptional opportunity to drive the evolution of the Group Risk Management Framework of a leading UK pensions provider.

Taking charge of the development and implementation of Group-wide risk management standards, you will ensure robust governance and the consistent identification, management and reporting of material risks. You will also manage the strategic direction, implementation and ongoing optimisation of the Group's Governance, Risk and Compliance platform while providing expert risk oversight of strategic initiatives, business change and new propositions.

As a thought leader, role model and dedicated risk specialist, you will be instrumental in driving the development and embedding of a positive risk culture, promoting confident and informed risk-taking aligned to the Group’s risk appetite.

With a Masters in risk management and/or an Institute of Risk Management Diploma, the successful candidate will likely possess other relevant business qualifications (CISI, CeMAP, CII, CIPP). In addition, experience in implementing, operating, and embedding Governance Risk and Compliance tools is required as well as extensive experience of risk advisory/assurance techniques and operations.
