Job Overview
Are you a technically-astute, DB pensions expert with experience of implementing pensions data from one administration system to another? Then this is a fantastic career opportunity, joining a major insurance Group where you will make a strategic and operational impact, working with teams responsible for the implementation of the BPA business.
Responsibilities
- Configuration of benefit calculations while leading the design and execution of testing strategies for data onboarding, calculation configuration and downstream operational processes.
- Set‐up, configuration and testing of individual policy documents.
- Support the sourcing and development of new business opportunities.
- Lead large‐scale operational teams or projects, possessing well‐honed influencing skills.
- Working knowledge of GMP equalisation and experience in BPAs would be preferable.
Qualifications
- Experience in implementing pensions data from one administration system to another.
- Proven experience leading large‐scale operational teams or projects.
- Working knowledge of GMP equalisation.
- Experience in BPAs would be preferable.
- Part‐qualified or qualified GI or Pensions actuary, or qualified life actuary, would be an advantage.
