Actual Hire is seeking a SHWEQ Manager for our Waterlooville team. The role oversees day-to-day SHWEQ activities, advising the business and leading the SHWEQ Advisors to deliver high standards in safety, health, wellbeing, environment and quality.
You will deputise for the SHWEQ Director, drive continuous improvement, conduct audits, engage clients, and lead incidents investigations, while travelling UK-wide on site assignments. A strong leadership and policy-writing background is essential.
