Oaklea Trust is recruiting a Support Worker for a 31.5-hour-per-week role at our Ulverston home. You will provide person-centred support to five gentlemen, helping with daily routines, personal care, and community involvement, while respecting choices and independence.
Experience with learning disabilities or complex needs is welcomed, but full training is provided. A full Enhanced DBS is required, and a driving licence is preferred.
