Job Description We’re looking for a committed manager/head coach (voluntary role) to take charge of our Women’s Reserve Team.

The team plays in the London & South East (Tier 6) Division 1 North.

We are looking for someone with good communication skills capable of managing people and creating positive relationships as well as developing the players and team on the pitch.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about women’s football and progressing in their coaching journey while helping the team to compete well in a competitive league.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of engaging and enjoyable training sessions every Thursday 7-9pm and preparation for matchday (Sunday afternoons).
  • Managing the team in matches, selecting the squad, delivering team talks and managing the whole squad.
  • Carry out related admin duties as required by the league and club (support is available in this area).
  • Implement tactical plans and individual player development goals.
  • Creating a positive, professional yet overall enjoyable team environment where players feel valued and part of the club.

Essential Requirements

  • FA Level 2 (UEFA C) coaching qualification, ideally UEFA B or working towards.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Must be available for training on Thursday evenings and for matches on Sundays (Tuesday sessions can also be added during pre-season).
  • Highly Desirable
  • Experience in adult women's or good standard girls’ football.
