We are seeking an experienced,forward-thinking and enthusiastic School Business Manager to join ourleadership team and play a key role in shaping the future of our school.
Established in September 2022 following theamalgamation of Berrymede Infant and Junior Schools, Acton Gardens is avibrant, diverse and welcoming two-form entry primary school in the LondonBorough of Ealing, conveniently located near Acton Town tube station.

The Opportunity
As School Business Manager, you will workclosely with the Headteacher and governors, providing strategic leadershipacross finance, HR, premises, health and safety, procurement and schooloperations.
We are looking for someone who:
- Hasstrong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting andfinancial reporting.
- Hasexperience of HR, premises management and health and safety.
- Demonstratesexcellent organisational, communication and ICT skills.
- Caneffectively lead and motivate administrative and premises teams.
- Isproactive, resourceful and confident in managing competing priorities.
- Understandssafeguarding responsibilities within a school setting.
- Holdsa relevant school business management qualification or has equivalentexperience.
- Brings enthusiasm, a positive outlook and agood sense of humour.
