Activus Recruitment are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager on behalf of our client, a prestigious private members' club based in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven Front of House leader to take full responsibility for the day-to-day front-of-house operation within an exclusive private members' environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consistently exceptional service, managing and developing a high-performing team, overseeing operational standards, and ensuring members and their guests receive a first-class experience at all times. Lead, manage and develop front-of-house staff to achieve consistently exceptional service standards. Understand and anticipate member expectations, ensuring a high level of personal service and attention to detail. Recruit, onboard, train and support team members. Manage staffing levels, rotas, holidays and absence management. Monitor departmental performance and implement service improvements where required. Maintain exceptionally high standards of presentation, cleanliness, organisation and customer care throughout the front-of-house operation. Ensure the venue consistently reflects the standards and reputation expected of a private members' club. Previous experience in a Front of House Management or similar senior hospitality role. Experience working within a high-end, premium or private members' environment would be highly advantageous. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to set and maintain high standards. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high levels of service. Experience managing employee performance and development. A genuine passion for exceptional hospitality and delivering a personalised client experience.
