We are looking to appoint an exceptional person to join our high-performing team as a Corporate Services Support Officer to play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of our organisation. You’ll be joining a supportive and flexible organisation. Our hybrid working model promotes a healthy work-life balance, with regular team communication days at our office in Loughborough.
Reporting to the Finance and IT Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative support across our core corporate functions: Finance (three and half days), Governance and HR (one and a half days) with flexibility as required. You’ll help ensure the smooth delivery of financial administration and support, Board meetings, and accurate HR record-keeping, helping our internal operations run efficiently and professionally.
This is a varied role and ideal for someone who is highly organised and thrives on our flexible approach, supporting others, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
We offer 26.5 days of annual leave, including Birthday leave, plus bank holidays. Activity Alliance also closes between Christmas and New Year which means that employees are not expected to work during this time, and they are not required to use their annual leave allowance to have this time free from work.
