Activities (CHE) is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our care home team in Dagenham. You will design and deliver a thoughtful programme of activities and events that promote social interaction and independence for residents, while assessing individual needs to tailor group and one-to-one activities.
You will also be responsible for coordinating celebrations, liaising with care staff, and organizing movement sessions.
