Overview
Your Mission
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will act as a trusted compensation advisor for European client groups across King and the wider Activision Blizzard organization. You will own and deliver complex compensation analysis, provide strategic guidance to HR and business leaders, and ensure compensation programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business and talent strategies across multiple European markets. You will operate with a high degree of independence, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Talent, HR Operations, and Finance to support base pay, short-term incentives, equity programs, and compensation structures across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted compensation advisor for European client groups, delivering clear analysis, insights, and recommendations to HR and business leaders to support informed compensation decisions.
- Support annual global compensation processes (merit, bonus, equity), including planning, system testing, data validation, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compensation practices align with European regulatory requirements, including pay equity and pay transparency, partnering with Legal and HR.
- Contribute to the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of global compensation programs, frameworks, and policies.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and governance in Workday and related compensation tools, identifying opportunities for process and reporting improvements.
- Stay current on external compensation and regulatory trends, proactively proposing enhancements to programs, policies, and practices.

- Experience in tech, entertainment, gaming, and/or consulting.
Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, in a related field preferred.
- Ability to interpret and apply compensation data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required; Workday experience preferred.
