As Senior Specialist, Franchise GTM, you will own the operational planning and coordination of Call of Duty Go-to-Market initiatives across EMEA, with primary responsibility for Mainline Marketing and secondary support across Live Ops.

Working closely with the Senior Director, Franchise Leads, Regional Marketing Leads and Global Product Marketing teams, you will help translate franchise strategy into coordinated execution across the region. This role requires excellent programme management, commercial awareness and the ability to independently coordinate complex cross-functional workstreams across an international organisation. You will act as a trusted operational partner to the Franchise leadership team, improving GTM execution, launch readiness and operational effectiveness across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Franchise Lead in operational planning and execution for Mainline Go-to-Market initiatives across EMEA, ensuring launch readiness and cross-functional alignment.
  • Support Live Ops planning and execution during priority seasonal beats, major initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Coordinate GTM planning across Product Marketing, Consumer Marketing, PR, Media, Social, CRM, Platform, Partnerships and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Represent EMEA within Global Product Marketing forums, ensuring regional requirements, insights and commercial priorities are reflected in global planning.
  • Own GTM operational processes including launch readiness, project management, playbooks, reporting and information flow across the organisation.
  • Manage platform operations including Xbox, Nintendo and key publishing processes such as CRM, MOTD, code distribution and partner incentives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams independently, identifying risks, driving alignment and supporting successful delivery against business priorities.
  • Monitor programme delivery, launch execution and operational effectiveness, proactively identifying opportunities to improve GTM delivery.
  • Identify process improvements and scalable ways of working that strengthen franchise planning and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships across Global, International and Regional stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational partner throughout the GTM lifecycle.
  • Support strategic franchise initiatives and commercial growth projects that extend beyond individual campaign launches.
  • Leverage AI and modern productivity tools to improve planning, reporting, operational efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in publishing, franchise marketing, product marketing, programme management or a related international industry.
  • Experience coordinating complex cross-functional programmes from planning through execution.
  • Strong commercial understanding with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational delivery.
  • Excellent programme and project management skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders across matrix organisations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience analysing campaign performance, player metrics and business KPIs to support continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of product launches, live-service publishing, CRM/lifecycle marketing and platform operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on AAA franchises or global entertainment brands.
  • Passion for operational excellence, player-first thinking and delivering world-class franchise marketing.
