Hiring the right people, at pace, is central to delivering that ambition. The HR Systems Analyst plays a central role in the effective delivery of HR operations globally. The role carries ownership and management of the HR and people-related systems assets across the group, ensuring platforms are accurately configured, fit for purpose, and well adopted across the organisation. It combines hands-on system administration with data stewardship, HR process coordination, and cross-functional support, including collaboration with the Delivery and Business Systems teams. It is well suited to someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, who takes pride in maintaining high data standards and helping teams work more efficiently.

Role Responsibilities

  • HR Systems Ownership
  • Resolve discrepancies promptly and escalate to vendors where required
  • Act as the point of contact for cross-system data reconciliation, ensuring consistency between the HRIS, payroll, and other people-related platforms
  • Support HR technology projects including system upgrades, new implementations and configuration changes
  • Reporting, Analytics
