The Tour Production Manager will be responsible for being a link between agency, venue, vendors and properties. Consistent and productive two-way communication with the internal agency account and client is fundamentally important to the success of this role. This contract position is based in Boston/New England and will be from Mid – August – Mid – September, 2025
Position Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with agency, client and properties
- Supervise and participate in activation space and build out and strike
· Ensure all materials are on-site for event
· Manage on-site staff including production labor and brand ambassadors
· Complete recaps in a timely manner
· Submit expenses as required
- Ensure that all permitting, and regulations are followed in a timely manner
- Source and purchase event materials; manage inventory of promotional materials;
· Provide regular status updates on program metrics, personnel, evaluation, challenges and opportunities through frequent recaps
- Have availability to work all events
Qualifications
MUST BE BASED IN NEW ENGLAND. No travel provided.
- Minimum three years of event marketing experience (field)
- Ability to drive box truck and lift 50lbs.
- Passion for flawless event production
- Strong leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Client Service and overall program management experience
· Solid understanding of social media tools and digital platforms
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Loves what they do, constantly showcases a positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn as a team
