Description
The Field Intelligence Team (FIT) acts as the organization’s operational intelligence partner, supporting Sales and Delivery through go-to-market (GTM) research, pilots, and short-term delivery missions.
The FIT Team Lead (TL) is responsible for managing and coordinating all team activities across GTM research, Sales support, and one-off delivery projects. The TL ensures smooth task allocation, stakeholder communication, and strategic prioritization of requests while maintaining the team’s balance between supporting sales goals and contributing to delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily team workflow and manage task allocations.
- Develop game plans and build research methodologies.
- Ensure final quality of GTM research desk outputs, verifying factual accuracy, comprehensive research, diversity, and actionability.
- Align FIT deliverables with organizational goals and sales priorities.
- Identify proactive engagement opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on progress, workload, and impact metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading research projects and people – must.
- Experience supporting sales or go-to-market functions – must.
- Strong understanding of webint/OSINT – must.
