Active Ants is looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator & Lead Generator who can achieve visible results through well-thought-out events and structured lead follow-up.
As Event Coordinator & Lead Generator, you are the linchpin between marketing, sales and our (future) customers. You ensure seamless organisation and maximum lead generation:
- Organising customer and networking events, trade fairs and webinars
- Drawing up schedules, scripts and managing budgets
- Taking care of invitations, registration processes and follow-up after events
- Generating leads during events and passing them on to sales
- Managing CRM: accurately registering and following up on all contacts
- Carrying out targeted mailing campaigns in preparation for events
- Using tools to identify and approach prospects
- Actively engaging with prospects and converting them into concrete sales opportunities
- At least 1 year of experience in event organisation or a commercial role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- You are structured, independent and remain calm under pressure
- You enjoy networking and get energy from making new contacts
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- In our multilingual work environment, fluency in both Dutch and English is required to join our team.

Who are we?
Active Ants is a fast-growing e-fulfilment company with its head office in Vianen. In our warehouses, we manage stock for various online shops, dispatch their orders and process returns. We have mechanised a large part of our order process using our Autostore storage and order picking system and fully automatic packing machines, and goods are transported through our warehouse via fully automatic roller conveyors or robots. This makes our e-fulfilment services sustainable and reduces our footprint.
We currently have warehouses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and England and look forward to conquering more countries in Europe with our E-Fulfilment concept.
