We’re looking for a passionate and creative Youth Engagement Officer to connect with young people (aged 11–25) across the district and bring their ideas to life through inspiring cultural and creative opportunities. As part of our Open Doors team, you’ll lead the development of inspiring programmes and activities across the district.
Working with our Creative Influencers youth panel, you’ll co-create events, projects and experiences that reflect what young people want—ensuring their voices influence real decision making. You’ll be an engaging and empathetic communicator with experience working with young people, able to build trust quickly and inspire participation, particularly among underrepresented groups.
You’ll bring strong organisational skills, a creative mindset, and the confidence to design and deliver impactful activities that support young people’s development and aspirations.
