Job description:

Plasterer Housing Maintenance & Asset Management Permanent 37 hours per week (Full-Time) Monday to Friday, with participation in a call‑out rota including weekends. Salary: £28,518 – £30,141 per annum (pay award pending). Additional payment for participation in call‑out scheme.

We are now recruiting for a Plasterer to join our Housing Maintenance and Asset Management team, helping us deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused service to our residents. In this role, you will carry out a range of plastering repairs, maintenance and installation work across our housing stock, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will also use your wider maintenance skills where required to support effective service delivery. Providing excellent customer service will be key, as you will be working directly in residents’ homes and helping to improve their living conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out plastering repairs, maintenance and installation work.
  • Use broader maintenance skills to support service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service in residents’ homes.
  • Work safely and achieve right‑first‑time outcomes.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Experience in plastering work within domestic and/or commercial settings.
  • Relevant qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent).
  • A full driving licence.
  • Commitment to safety, quality and resident‑centric service.
