We are looking for two Housing Data Analysts to strengthen and expand our team supporting our housing systems. We are looking for individuals who have proven experience of a practical and inquisitive approach to data; you will help improve the quality, consistency and value of housing data, producing clear reporting and analysis that supports operational decisions, regulatory assurance and continuous service improvement.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyse significant datasets to identify data quality issues, trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support ongoing data cleansing across housing systems, including NEC.
  • Design and build complex reports, primarily from SQL data sources, for strategic and operational use.
  • Create tailored reporting for housing services.
  • Carry out root cause analysis and work with colleagues to resolve data issues effectively.
  • Support regulatory returns by identifying appropriate datasets and producing relevant reports.
  • Help map and reconcile information shared between systems, supporting consistent and reliable data flows.
  • Present data reviews and findings to a range of audiences.
  • Contribute to system improvement projects, documentation and the wider Digital Strategy.
