As Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee operational delivery for ATT’s mobile and centre programmes in the UK and internationally. Managing logistics, documentation, client reporting and cross-departmental communication to keep programmes running smoothly, on time, within scope, and within budget. You’ll manage a small team of Training Delivery Coordinators and Technical & Production Lead(s), overseeing operational quality and standards while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

- Oversee daily delivery operations, resolving issues as they arise.
- Identify workflow improvements and address operational gaps.
- Participate in the ‘out of hours rota’ (a few days per month).
- Monitor the daily operations of each centre-based project.
- Act as a key contact for the on-site managers at our centres.
- Oversee all mobile deliveries ensuring they run on time and within budget.
- Lead the Mobile Delivery team on complex delivery arrangements.
- Maintain effective live support channels for mobile teams.
- Manage production administration and logistics across all training deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and report against KPIs set by Head of Delivery.

- Support the Finance and Commercial teams with client quotes.
- Attend client meetings and deliveries as required.

What We’re Looking For:

- Across it all, with the full picture in view – budgets, timelines, logistics, people.
- Steady at the centre – you lead with a calm consistency that people trust.
- Always chasing 'better' – you actively question where the workflow could be faster or more effective.
- Commercially savvy – you know great delivery and healthy margins go hand in hand.
- A natural connector – you move easily between Commercial, Finance, Creative and on-site teams.
This role isn’t just about keeping the wheels turning, it's about making sure the whole machine runs better than it did yesterday. You'll be trusted with real operational judgement across centre and mobile deliveries, with the confidence to make decisions when things are moving fast.
