Part-time In-House Legal Counsel – 2 days per week with flexibility. Remote/Hybrid role with 1-2 days per month in the office based in London SE8 Responsibilities: Our in-house legal counsel will provide legal input into all areas of the business. The main focus of the role will be on dealing with commercial contracts, and because of the nature of our business, a strong working knowledge of IPR in a creative environment will be required. Other areas of responsibility will include general employment law advice. Contract Drafting and Review: Drafting new contracts, reviewing existing contracts, ensuring they comply with relevant laws and regulations and achieve commercial goals Managing company IPR: As a creative company whose training products are based on ideas, protection of our IPR is of paramount importance.
