Opportunity As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Team Assistant to join our team supporting our Business Development Managers (BDMs) in maintaining strong client relationships and helping the company to achieve new client opportunities. The Role As the Commercial Team Assistant, you will be at the heart of our commercial operations, working closely with our BDMs to ensure that both existing and prospective clients receive outstanding support and service. Your work will help drive our sales pipeline forward, ensuring we stay responsive, organised, and ahead of the game. Key Responsibilities Support our Business Development Managers in managing key client accounts, including scheduling meetings, preparing follow-ups, and maintaining CRM records. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents. Conduct research on prospective clients and industry trends to help identify new opportunities. Help manage client communications, including responding to queries and following up on outreach activities. Coordinate and support the planning of sales events, demos, and client visits at our training centres.
