Participation campaign planning and delivery
- - Develop and deliver marketing plans to support participation growth and community engagement across British Triathlon's programmes and initiatives.
- - Lead campaign activity to drive awareness, consideration, sign-up and repeat participation across the sport, spanning events, coaching and clubs.
- - Support the promotion of participation initiatives including Swim Bike Run, Active Skills for Life, and other grassroots or entry-point programmes.
- - Ensure campaigns are audience-led, insight-informed, and aligned to strategic priorities.
- - Cross-functional partnership with Development Directorate
- - Work closely with teams across the Development Directorate to understand priorities, programme objectives, target audiences, and delivery timelines.
- - Partner with colleagues in Events, Clubs, Regional Managers, and Workforce/Coaching to translate programme goals into clear, effective marketing activity.
- - Act as the key marketing contact for participation-related projects, ensuring strong communication and coordination between marketing and programme teams.
