Requirements

You will need an STA/ASA Level 2 Swimming Teachers Qualification to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for delivering private swimming lessons as part of the Swim School pathway.
  • You will also be responsible for the maintenance of records and for supervising customers using the pool.

Qualifications & Skills

You must have experience of class organization and control, along with confidence in dealing with adults and children. You’ll need strong communication skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and to motivate others, and a solid knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
