Job Description
Are you a true team player displaying a positive attitude? This is a multi-task role to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service throughout the facility. The post holder will undertake various tasks in addition to providing safe and effective swimming pool supervision, including setting up and maintaining equipment for activities and events.
Requirements
- Essential: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. Previous experience working with members of the public. Experience of working in a team environment.
- Desirable: SVQ level 2 gym instructor qualification. Coaching qualification. Swimming teachers' qualification. Experience working in an ice environment, reception environment, cash handling, operating MRM or similar booking systems, or in a lifeguard/leisure role.
Responsibilities
- Supervise poolside and village changing areas to ensure all customers have a positive and safe experience across services including swimming sessions, club sessions, lessons, and national events.
- Prepare all areas of the Sports Village for use according to booking notes, ensuring customers can fully enjoy the facilities.
