- People Leadership

- Commercial & Strategic Support
- Implement Founder priorities and strategic direction
- Support improvements in efficiency, utilisation, and profitability
- Build robust management infrastructure to enable growth and consistency
- Professional Representation
- Be a visible, credible leader to patients, suppliers, and partners
- Communicate confidently and compellingly

- Confident holding people accountable
- Strong IT, systems, and data capability

We welcome candidates from private healthcare or other founder-led service businesses where high standards, performance management, and customer experience are critical.
Relevant experience might include:
- Private healthcare, dental, optical, or aesthetic clinics
- Hospitality or premium service businesses
- Professional services (accountancy, legal, financial advisory)
- Education, childcare, or other regulated service environments
- Healthcare experience is helpful but not essential; leadership, structure, and commercial thinking are the priorities.
- You want a traditional, task-based practice manager role
- You avoid difficult conversations or accountability
- You make decisions based on emotion over data
- You prioritise harmony over performance
- You resist change or struggle with growth and structure
- You are not open to feedback, coaching, or ongoing development
This role requires maturity, objectivity, leadership presence, and a commitment to care-led decision-making.
What We Offer- Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 (depending on experience)
- Quarterly team performance related bonus
- Private healthcare
