I am pleased to be representing an industry leading company who are on the lookout for a Trainee Press Brake Operator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering business, learn specialist fabrication skills, and build a rewarding long-term career. Monday to Friday 5:45am - 2:15pm OR 1:45pm - 10:15pm. The benefits for the Trainee Press Break Operator: * 20 days + BH and Christmas shut down * Free onsite parking * Opportunity for progression * Employee assistance scheme (after probation) The role for the Trainee Press Brake Operator: * Set up and operate a hydraulic CNC press or punch for routine established work. * Select correct tooling for the job task with setup documents or supervisor/lead assistance. * Load, install and correctly set up the tools required with some assistance from supervisor/lead. * Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations. * Account for time and work completed via online computer data collection system. * Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and completed work. * Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance. * Report and document basic material, production and quality control issues. * Maintain performance log books on assigned area equipment, report deficiencies to the maintenance team. * Participate in...
