37.5h per week (Monday - Friday). We are proud to be working with our prestigious client who, due to expansion, is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow customer relationships across Health and Pharmacy channels at national and regional levels, with a focus on Greater London. This will include 2 days in the office in Surrey and 3 days mixed between client visits in London and WFH.

Responsibilities for the Key Account Manager:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Retail and cross-functional teams to deliver channel strategy
- Translate strategy into account plans aligned to commercial targets and category growth
- Develop, negotiate, and deliver annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key retail partners
- Identify and onboard new retail partners in line with channel and geographic priorities
- Build business cases and proposals to secure listings and expand distribution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring consistent account management
- Plan and deliver promotional calendars
