We are proud to be working with our prestigious client who due to expansion are looking for a Quality Engineer. The Quality Engineer will play a key role in driving root cause analysis, improving process effectiveness, and ensuring product conformity using quality tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day internal and external quality related issues and queries
- Lead 8D problem-solving, ensuring effective containment, root cause identification, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to complete 8Ds, NPRs, and CRMAs on time.
- Review and process NCRs from supplier, customer, and internal sources.
- Define containment, disposition, and risk for non-conforming products.
- Raise and manage CRMAs/SRMAs to closure; validate corrective actions.
- Support internal audits to ISO 9001 / AS9120 / ISO 13485 standards.
- Apply Lean tools and support 5S implementation across operations.
- Maintain quality documentation, procedures, and process changes.
- Produce regular reports on NCRs, complaints, audits, and progress.
- Support FAIR creation and review.
Qualifications:
- Strong 8D and structured problem-solving knowledge.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, AS9120, and/or ISO 13485.
- Experience with NCR systems and corrective action processes.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
- Strong communication and ability to coach others.
