The Role of SMT Operator:

  • Operate Surface Mount production lines to meet production schedules.
  • Carry out PCB assembly tasks including solder paste printing, loading pick-and-place machines, and inspection before and after reflow.
  • Read and interpret drawings, parts lists, and production documentation.
  • Follow documented procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and housekeeping within the SMT area.
