The Role of Final Inspector:
- Perform testing and inspection of electronic assemblies to customer specifications and company standards.
- Use AOI and visual inspection equipment to identify faults and defects.
- Carry out visual inspection using microscopes and camera systems.
- Investigate customer returns and provide feedback to production teams on quality issues.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with company procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect completed box build assemblies, including wiring, mechanical fit, and final presentation.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment where required.
- Complete production records and follow all health and safety regulations.
