STIHL are looking to add to their already fantastic team with the addition of a Warehouse Operative to their state of the art Distribution Centre in Camberley Benefits of the Warehouse Operative: * Competitive salary including a discretionary performance bonus * 22 days holiday increasing to 25 with length of service * Discretionary Christmas shut down * Excellent pension scheme * Private medical and dental schemes * Product discounts * Excellent working environment * Free onsite parking * Subsidised Staff restaurant * Beautiful state of the art facility The role of the Warehouse Operative: * Receiving, storing, replenishing, picking, packing and dispatching stock. * Accurately booking stock onto warehouse systems and reporting discrepancies or damage. * Using RF scanners, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automated technology such as AutoStore. * Completing stock transfers and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy. * Labelling and preparing orders accurately for dispatch. * Safely loading vehicles in line with site procedures. * Operating warehouse equipment and MHE where trained and authorised. * Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety. * Working towards productivity, quality and accuracy targets. * Supporting continuous improvement and working collaboratively with the wider team. * Comply and conduct themselves with STIHL company regulations, policies and procedures The ideal experience for the Warehouse Operative: * Experience of working in a Distribution Centre * Manual handling skills * Good communication skills * Team player mentality * Basic IT skills * High level of accuracy and attention to detail
