Active Staff are a local Recruitment agency with over 25 years’ worth of experience locally in Andover. We are pleased to say we are expanding and looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to aid in helping change people’s lives and help them find their new forever job. This role will play an integral part for the business and help local Manufacturing, Engineering and Distribution companies find local talent.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30

The role for the Recruitment Resourcer:

  • Making initial telephone calls and qualifying local talent on their job requirements
  • Helping prepare CVs with candidates
  • Registration of all new candidates
  • Preparation of registration packs
  • Resourcing for temporary and permanent job roles using varied platforms
  • Accurate support to consultants when placing candidates
  • Resourcing future candidates using all social media forums and job boards
