Active Staff are proud to be working with our prestigious client, who are on the lookout for an experienced Nights Production Team Manager to lead their Manufacturing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, developing the team and supporting continuous improvement across the operation.
The working hours are Monday - Thursday 22:30pm – 06:30am

The role of the Nights Production Manager
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing production team.
- Set clear objectives and monitor performance against production targets and KPIs.
- Coach and support team members through regular feedback and training.
