We are based in Loughton, IG10 4PE, a short walk from Loughton Tube Station. Since 2016 we have been trusted to provide high quality staffing across SE England and Greater London. Due to exceptional growth, we are now looking to increase support for both our compliance and finance teams. This is an entry level role, and you need no experience. But you will need the skills! Responsibilities: * Processing incoming applications from candidates * Sending off and chasing up references * Inputting data onto our systems * Inputting numbers into the HiHi system * Completing right to work checks * Processing and chasing timesheets * Processing invoices * Credit control * Mixture of administrative duties * Dealing with incoming calls – receptionist duties – which are shared This role is ideal for someone who is seeking their first role and is keen to use all their skills
