We are now seeking a Senior Associate to join our fast-growing team, working closely with our Founder to deliver high-impact, complex search mandates across the clean tech space.
Key Responsibilities:- Shape Winning Search Strategies: Design and execute tailored search strategies to identify and attract top talent across Manager to Executive-level roles.
- Own the End-to-End Search Process: Partner closely with the Founder to deliver mandates from initial pitch through to successful placement, gaining full exposure to the search lifecycle.
- Build and Engage Top Talent Networks: Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with high-caliber candidates through both online and offline channels.
- Become a Market Expert: Conduct in-depth research across industries, companies, and geographies to generate valuable insights and stay ahead of market trends.
