We are now seeking a Senior Associate to join our fast-growing team, working closely with our Founder to deliver high-impact, complex search mandates across the clean tech space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape Winning Search Strategies: Design and execute tailored search strategies to identify and attract top talent across Manager to Executive-level roles.
  • Own the End-to-End Search Process: Partner closely with the Founder to deliver mandates from initial pitch through to successful placement, gaining full exposure to the search lifecycle.
  • Build and Engage Top Talent Networks: Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with high-caliber candidates through both online and offline channels.
  • Become a Market Expert: Conduct in-depth research across industries, companies, and geographies to generate valuable insights and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Influence & Engage Candidates: Act as a trusted advisor, approaching, assessing, and guiding candidates through opportunities with credibility and impact.
  • Deliver High-Quality Assessments: Lead detailed interviews to evaluate candidate experience, motivations, and cultural fit.
  • Drive Talent Mapping & Pipeline Development: Play a key role in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines through strategic market mapping initiatives.
  • Contribute to High-Impact Client Deliverables: Support the creation of compelling candidate reports, client presentations, and job briefs.
  • Maintain Excellence in Execution: Ensure high-quality data management and accuracy across all internal systems and research tools.
Professional Experiences:
  • 3+ yrs. of hands-on professional experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search.
  • Good research skills, feel comfortable with heavy desktop work.
  • Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong organization, project management, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Proactive can-do attitude.
  • Speaks and writes English fluently.
  • Advantage for someone with experience in clean-tech executive search.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint user, ability to support partners with written material surrounding assignments, such as role profiles, client pitches, and assignment reports.
