SENCo - Full or Part-time

Job Role: Primary School SENCo Location: North London Full & Part-time SENCo applications welcome. Salary: £250+ per day Start Date: ASAP. Job Role: The SENCo will be responsible for managing the SEN needs of the students across the school along with managing 4 or 5 specialist 1:1 LSA’s. You will be responsible for the training and development of current staff, looking at EHCP plans as well as reviewing and implementing new systems where needed. Initially this will be on an on-going, interim basis with the school looking to make the appointment permanent from September 2025. The current SENCO works 3 days per week and the school is therefore happy to consider applications from SENCO’s looking to work full or part-time. The Client: Our client is a Primary School based in North London. They have been graded as “good” by Ofsted. The SEN needs of the students are lower then average with the main needs being ADHD and Behaviour. Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will hold a SENCo qualification and have previous SENCo experience of someone looking for their first SENCo job.
