Duties and Responsibilities of the English ECT: * Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and stimulating English lessons across key stage 3 and 4. * Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. * Be committed to school improvement and to the development of teaching and learning * Demonstrate commitment to helping all children & parents succeed and achieve * Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to students\’ needs. * Assess and track student progress, implementing effective teaching strategies.
