Roles and Responsibilities of the Drama Teacher: * Planning and delivering exciting, high-quality Drama lessons that inspire students across Key Stages 3 to 5 * Helping students build performance skills – from voice and movement to improvisation and character development * Creating a classroom environment where creativity, self-expression, and confidence can flourish * Assessing student progress regularly and giving clear, helpful feedback that moves learning forward * Directing and producing school plays, performances, and showcases – both curriculum-based and extra-curricular * Collaborating with colleagues in the Arts and other departments to bring creative learning to life across the curriculum * Setting high expectations for behaviour, effort, and achievement in every lesson If you are a Drama Teacher, whether you are an ECT or experienced Teacher, we would love to hear from you
