We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work within primary and secondary schools across Harlow. This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, SEN Teaching Assistants, graduates or individuals with experience supporting children and young people.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils in class on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assisting teachers with classroom activities
  • Supporting children with SEN, autism and ADHD
  • Encouraging pupil engagement and confidence
  • Helping create a positive learning environment

Ideal Candidates:

  • Previous school or childcare experience desirable
  • Passionate about education and supporting children
  • Positive, proactive and reliable
  • Good communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service desirable
