Requirements- Promote “Outstanding” teaching and learning throughout the whole school.
- Lead strategic and curriculum planning so that the whole school community is inspired, challenged and motivated.
- Lead the School Improvement Plan through Self Evaluation process in order to continue to raise the quality of teaching, learning and assessment to enable all students to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure the school supports vulnerable children and their families.
- Ensure high standards and excellent behaviour at all times.
