Job Role & Client Information: Active Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join a large secondary school in Redbridge, East London. The main purpose of the role is to undertake a range of duties to support the HR Team to deliver a consistent, high quality and seamless service as well as providing admin support to the HR department.
General duties will also include (but are not limited to):
- To assist activities associated with the entire employee cycle; including onboarding and offboarding processes, recruitment, the SCR, personnel files, absence management and personnel employee administration.
- Work as part of an integrated central service support function including MIS, Finance and Payroll functions.
- Assist with completion of safeguarding checks: β References β Enhanced DBS checks β Qualification checks, right to work in the UK β Ensure the Single Central Register is compliant and up to date.
Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will have a qualification at Level 2 (Grade 4/C) in Maths/English and previous office experience is essential. You will be able to multitask and prioritise accordingly along with having strong IT skills including excellent written and verbal skills. Knowledge of safeguarding is welcome but full training will be given.
