Our client is based in Central London and are looking to interview and appoint for either January 2026 or April 2026.
School Information:
The school offers a warm and exclusive environment and is highly regarded in the local community. They have an average class sizes of 28 pupils.
They operate a Vertical Streaming for Years 1-5 and have a very low staff turnover. They have state of the art facilities and, with well behaved pupils and the full support of parents, is a wonderful Teaching and Learning environment.
Requirements:
- Promote “Outstanding” teaching and learning throughout the whole school,
- Lead strategic and curriculum planning so that the whole school community is inspired, challenged and motivated,
- Lead the School Improvement Plan through Self Evaluation process in order to continue to raise the quality of teaching, learning and assessment to enable all students to achieve their full potential,
- To ensure the school supports vulnerable children and their families,
- To ensure high standards and excellent behaviour at all times.
