About Us:
ActiveReality (AR) are the pioneers of active location-based Virtual Reality (VR) and Virtual Reality eSports leagues.
Active Reality is a fully immersive VR experience. Players enter the AR Arena, where your body is your controller. You are transported to a huge virtual world where you can play, compete, run, jump and even \'high five\'.
Role Overview:
As a Games Master, you are the face of Active Reality, ensuring every player walks away with an unforgettable experience. You\'ll manage our arena\'s, maintain tech in our venues, and provide top-notch customer service. This role also offers opportunities to support our marketing efforts and test the latest gaming hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an outstanding customer experience, making sure every visitor leaves eager to tell their friends.
Manage and maintain our VR arenas, ensuring equipment is always in top shape and spaces meet our high standards.
Guide customers through the VR setup, provide training, and offer ongoing support during their sessions.
Handle customer issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring any problems are resolved promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our venue partners, offering training and support to their staff as needed.
Contribute to marketing and promotional activities, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Test new gaming hardware and software, ensuring we always deliver the best experience.
Key Skills:

Proficiency with IT, and a quick learner when it comes to new tech.
