As a Community Support Worker, you will be involved in creating activities and ensuring that the individuals we support receive high-quality care within their homes. You will assist them in achieving their goals and aspirations, regardless of their size, and promote independence by helping them learn new skills. This will be supported by your manager and our interactive training programme.

Shifts: We offer a variety of working patterns depending on the needs of the service. Please let us know your shift preferences, and we will discuss whether the service can accommodate them. A minimum of 15 hours per week is required.
