As a Community Support Worker, you will be involved in creating activities and ensuring that the individuals we support receive high-quality care within their homes. You will assist them in achieving their goals and aspirations, regardless of their size, and promote independence by helping them learn new skills. This will be supported by your manager and our interactive training programme.
