Active Prospects are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our friendly team in Leatherhead. This service supports 6 young adults with autism and learning disabilities to live independently.

Responsibilities

  • Support six young adults with autism and learning disabilities to live independently.
  • Provide empathetic listening and effective communication to residents and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive environment in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

  • Experience is not essential.
  • Ideal candidates will have excellent listening and communication skills with empathy and a positive support approach.
