Active Prospects are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our friendly team in Leatherhead. This service supports 6 young adults with autism and learning disabilities to live independently.
Responsibilities
- Support six young adults with autism and learning disabilities to live independently.
- Provide empathetic listening and effective communication to residents and colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive environment in a team-based setting.
Qualifications
- Experience is not essential.
- Ideal candidates will have excellent listening and communication skills with empathy and a positive support approach.
