The Internal Communications & Engagement Executive will plan and deliver staff engagement, internal communications and recognition activity, ensuring colleagues experience our values and purpose in a consistent and meaningful way. Based within the friendly and supportive Marketing team, the role applies a marketingâinformed approach to internal audiences, supporting campaigns, events and communications that strengthen belonging, morale and connection across a dispersed workforce.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of internal communications that are timely, engaging and accessible.
- Manage the regular production of staff updates and internal newsletters.
- Work with teams to maintain and champion the intranet, ensuring content is accurate and wellâcommunicated.
- Provide support for initiatives that build connection and belonging across dispersed teams.
- Contribute to engagement activity designed to support retention and workforce stability.
- Collaborate with designers/agencies to develop standâalone creatives to support the organisation and use throughout digital channels.
- Work with partners/across the organisation to capture short stories and quotes.
- Create, design and upload digital leaflets or internal event marketing.
