We are looking for a Care Manager to support our complex care services in Redhill, Horley and Reigate. You will be highly experienced in supporting people who have complex care packages which include learning disability and challenging needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and direction to teams supporting people with complex care needs.
  • Attending monthly management meetings in Reigate.
  • Participating in an on‑call rota.
  • Actively engaging in ongoing learning and development.
